In order to get impression data inside Google Analytics you will need to follow these steps:
- Follow the steps to link Google AdWords and Google Analytics
- Enable 'Advertising Features' within Google Analytics (within 'Property Settings')
- Have an active display campaign within Google AdWords
- Enable 'Google Display Network Impression Reporting' for the AdWords link within Google Anlaytics
