I'm having a problem watching a video
Start by checking that you're using a reliable internet connection.
If you're seeing lower quality videos then use the configuration icon to increase the quality setting (this will mean extra time is required to load the video).
Try clearing your browser's cache. The steps to do this are:
Chrome Preferences > Show advanced settings > Browsing data
Safari Preferences > Privacy > Remove All Browsing Data
Firefox History > Clear recent history
Internet Explorer Tools > Internet Options > Browsing History
You can also try accessing the course on a different browser and checking that your browser is up to date.
